Hi, I’m Reed.

I’m an Emmy Award-winning journalist, marketing professional, full-time creative, and storyteller at heart who loves photography because I love creating. I love telling stories, meeting interesting people, and finding meaningful moments worth documenting.

My background has taken me from newsrooms to marketing campaigns to video production, but the common thread has always been curiosity. I enjoy documenting people, places, and moments in a way that feels natural, authentic, and true to who they are.

Outside of work, I’m inspired by the likes of Anthony Bourdain, language learning, slow travel, and the idea that sometimes the best experiences happen when you wander without a plan. I’m a drummer, a fan of metal and punk music, and someone who genuinely loves the creative process in all its forms. Whether it’s photography, video, music, or storytelling, I’m always looking for new ways to create, explore, and connect with people.

I’m a two-time Emmy-nominated storyteller, marketing professional, and photographer who has always believed in the power of preserving meaningful moments. My career has taken me through newsrooms, city government communications, advertising agencies, and marketing leadership, but no matter the role, the heart of my work has always been the same—connecting with people through authentic storytelling. Photography allows me to do that in its purest form by capturing genuine emotions, relationships, and milestones in a way that feels natural and true to you.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me traveling somewhere new, searching for my next favorite restaurant, getting lost in a good book, spending time with the people and pets I love most, or staying active in the gym. I’m naturally curious and love meeting new people, which is one of the reasons photography has become such a passion. Every person, couple, and family has a unique story, and I feel incredibly fortunate to help preserve those memories.
